Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Orders returned as undeliverable will be refunded minus the Royal Mail postage costs.

We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at present. Any orders placed for delivery outside the UK will be refunded minus the PayPal charges incurred by us for processing and refunding the payment.


Delivery Schedule Orders will be usually sent in 1 to 2 working days. However please allow up to 28 days for delivery.


Back Orders We endeavour to keep the website updated to show the correct stock status for all our products. Occasionally we will be unable to supply an item for you in which case we will refund the cost or contact you to discuss alternatives.
Tax Charges Jill-Craft are not presently V.A.T. registered.

Privacy Policy Jill-Craft do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy UK law states that you are entitled to a 'cooling off ' period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without reason and return it within 7 working days after the day of receipt for a full refund excluding the postal charges. Goods must be returned AS NEW AND UNUSED. Where goods are supplied in sealed packs or containers, the packs must be unopened and intact. The cost and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain proof of postage from the post office. Jill-Craft are not responsible for the loss of goods during transit.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days notice of the cancellation date.

We will acknowledge and deal with any complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible and will endeavour to resolve any dispute within a specified timescale. We will keep you informed of the progress at all times.

Remittance Terms All orders paid for by Paypal are dispatched within 1-2 days depending on stock levels. Items unavailable will be back-ordered or refunded at the discretion of Jill-Craft.
