Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Who are we? Jill-Craft is owned and run by Jill and Wayne, a husband and wife team. We have been trading since 2004 as a web-based supplier. How do I contact you? You can ring the office between 10am - 1pm then 2:30pm - 5pm Monday to Friday, outside these hours drop us an email at sales@Jill-Craft.co.uk. We currently only accept Paypal for payments. How much does postage and packing cost? Postage is Free on all orders How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 working days by Royal Mail and should arrive within 2 - 3 working days. Do you ship abroad? No, at present we only ship to the United Kingdom. However, as we use Royal Mail this includes Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and BFPO addresses. Do you have a printed catalogue? Unfortunately we don't. Because of the sheer number of items we sell and the constant changing stock, it's not viable to produce a printed catalogue. An item I want is out of stock Send an email to sales@Jill-Craft.co.uk telling us what you want. We will email you as soon as it is available again. There's an item I want which you don't stock Send us a mail or ring us up and we may be able to source it from our existing suppliers. If not, we'll do our best to recommend somewhere that can help you. I'm interested in one of your products but am unsure how to use it. Give us a call or send an email and we'll do our best to explain. Substitutions and refunds? Sometimes we have unplanned stock shortages. On those occasions we will either refund the cost of the item, supply a similar one or back order the item.
